Look out Pitt will be a Powerhouse next season

With all the new Recruits coming in and with all the experience the team gained this season and with the momentum coming off the big Bowl win in North Carolina, Pitt is looking to do one better next season. With Seniors Greg Romeus and Jabaal Sheard coming back to lead that ferocious defensive line and Sophomore Dan Mason and Max Gruder leading the linebackers and with RS Senior Jason Pinkston leading a younger offensive line along with Junior Wide out Jonathan Baldwin Pitt will be ready on both sides of the ball. Here are my players to look out for in 2010.

I'm going to start on offense look for Dion Lewis to have a Heisman year, along with Cameron Saddler to have a big year as a returner and backup to Lewis also look for Ray Graham to come in and show what hes made of. The running backs are very deep for years to come. There are question marks at Quarter Back but either Tino Sunseri or Pat Bostick should be fine next year with the running game and with Jonathan Baldwin as your #1 receiver the QB shouldn't have a problem. Baldwin will also have a big year and look for him to leave after next season for the Draft and should be a 1st or 2nd round draft pick along with RS Senior Left Tackle Jason Pinkston.

On defense it all starts with the line. Greg Romeus and Jabaal Sheard will keep the pressure on the opposing QB as the young secondary gets their feet wet. Romeus should be a 1st round pick in next years draft as well. And with another big year Sheard shouldn't be to far behind him in the draft. Sophomore Linebacker Dan Mason got his experience in a few big games last year and showed that with a little work this off season he will be ready to man the middle of that defense. Mason has a lot of potential and look for him to come up as a big time player through out his career here at Pitt. The secondary is young but there is enough talent to hang with the Big East. This off season will be big in seeing where a few players like Elijah Fields will be playing this year. From what I'm hearing from a few sources he looking to play either outside linebacker or back to safety.
